The RV4 is a 9″ offset adapter designed for use with flatbed trucks. It does not offer enough clearance over the side rails for standard pickup beds. The RV4 allows you to pull a fifth wheel with your flatbed truck and gooseneck hitch. Features a 7.5″ fixed height from the top of the ball to the bottom of the King Pin plate. Not recommended on pin boxes with cushions, or movement. Use on Standard OEM pin boxes only.
