Connect a cooling system hose to a pressurized water tank with a Perko Thru-Hull Fitting. Perko’s chrome plated bronzeThru-Hull fittings for cooling system hoses are used on small craft with cooling system hoses that are connected by an inline fitting to the outside of the cooling system hose, normally through the bilge. When the hose is connected through the inline fitting, the water temperature will be cooler, allowing the cooling system hose to be pressurized with a peristaltic pump. The Thru-Hull Fitting relieves pressure at the outboard engine or peristaltic pump and allows any water that would otherwise be lost through the Thru-Hull fitting to enter the cooling system hose.
