The 1894 Trapper from Marlin is the ideal big-bore rifle for hunting: short, quick-handling and optimized for that task. It is fitted with a threaded 16.10″ stainless steel barrel chambered for 44 Rem Mag and 44 Special cartridges. Other features include stainless steel receiver, adjustable Skinner Sights, black laminate stock and forend, rubber buttpad, sling swivel studs and offset hammer spur. The sharp checkering provides an excellent grip in all weather conditions, while the oversized lever loop allows smooth operation when wearing heavy gloves. The tubular magazine holds eight rounds.
