GLM Fuel Filter

Fuel filters act as a last step before the carburetor(s) and injectors(fuel pump). For Mercruiser components, the fuel filter component(s) are designed to fit. Fuel filters are designed to be used in the closing procedure of the carburetor(s). When the carburetors and injectors are operating, the fuel filter should be removed and a new one installed. A fuel filter is a last step in the fuel delivery system. A pump with a pump filter should be installed whereas a pump with no pump should be installed. A pump with no pump, along with other items, will not provide the performance or functionality you need. You can count on the components of your fuel filter, pump, etc. to be exactly as designed.
