The Exped Outer Space II is a two-person dome tent built for lightweight outdoor adventures. It aims to keep your pack weight down without sacrificing enough living space for two occupants, making it a solid pick for multi-day hikes or overnight trips.
The tent’s fly uses 40D ripstop nylon with PU coating and factory-taped seams to stand up to rough handling. Inside, a mix of 40D ripstop nylon and 15D No-See-Um mesh blocks bugs while letting air flow. The floor’s 68D polyester taffeta adds extra durability against abrasion. Weighing in at 2.6 kg and packing to 55 x 20 cm, it fits easily into a backpack, while the 225 cm width and 150 cm peak height offer enough room to move around. Included guy lines, pegs and a carry bag ensure you have what you need for a quick setup and breakdown.
