The Elan RC Magic (110-120) is a junior alpine ski designed to help young skiers progress on groomed slopes. Sized for riders between 110 cm and 120 cm tall, it focuses on developing confident, controlled turns without overwhelming beginners.
At 120 cm, the RC Magic features a 7.4 m turn radius that delivers quick, responsive carving, while its 115/70/100 mm sidecut balances maneuverability and stability. This combination makes it easier for children to initiate and hold turns as they build their technique. The ski comes with Elan’s EL 4.5 GW CA JRS binding, a junior-specific system that matches the ski’s performance and helps ensure a secure, reliable connection to junior boots.
Turn radius refers to the circular path a ski naturally wants to carve—a smaller radius like 7.4 m means tighter, more agile turns. Sidecut, shown by the tip, waist and tail widths, creates an hourglass shape that guides the ski into turns, so youngsters can edge and steer with less effort and more confidence.
