The Elan Jett is a junior piste ski built for young skiers finding their way on groomed slopes. It comes ready with Elan’s EL 4.5 GW CA JRS bindings, giving kids a secure step-in and smooth release as they learn basic carving and control.
At 100 cm, the Jett’s 6.2 m turning radius encourages quick, confident arcs, while the 101 / 69 / 90 mm sidecut strikes a balance between stability at the tips and easy edge-to-edge transitions. This combination helps budding skiers steer more naturally and maintain momentum down the hill.
Radius refers to the size of the arc a ski makes when set on edge—in this case, 6.2 m means the ski is tuned for shorter, tighter turns. The sidecut numbers are the widths at the tip, waist and tail: a wider tip and tail give more surface contact for stability, while a narrower waist makes shifting edges quicker. Together, these specs help junior riders develop carving skills with confidence.
