The Kodiak by Colt is a 6-shot stainless steel revolver with a 4-1/4″ one-piece full-lug barrel. The ported barrel features a recessed target crown. The unfluted cylinder is chambered for .44 Magnum, but easily accommodates .38 Special and .38 Special +P ammunition if the shooter prefers. The vent rib is topped with a red ramp front sight that’s paired with a fully adjustable steel rear sight. The leaf spring action produces a smooth trigger pull of 7 lbs (single action) and 9.5 lbs (double action). Black Hogue overmolded grips that ensure a firm grip regardless of the conditions complete this attractive handgun.
