Freeride Focus
The Black Crows Corvus is a men’s freeride ski built to explore off-piste terrain. With a robust build and wide dimensions, it’s designed to handle varied snow conditions—from soft powder fields to firm spring slush—giving you confidence when the groomers end.
Shape and Performance
The Corvus features a 137/110/120 mm sidecut and a 25 m radius (at 186 cm), striking a balance between flotation and edge grip. Its double-rocker profile, lifting both tip and tail, makes turn initiation smoother in deep snow and helps release the ski when exiting a carve. The flat mounting platform leaves binding choice up to you and keeps the ski’s torsional stiffness focused underfoot, which translates to stable high-speed arcs and reliable control in variable terrain.
Tech Talk
“Double rocker” means the ski’s tip and tail have a slight upward curve, reducing the contact points in powder so the ski floats better and pivots more easily. A 25 m turning radius produces longer, more stable turns at speed, rather than quick, tight carves. At 2 075 g per ski (186 cm), the Corvus sits in the all-round weight class for freeride skis, offering a solid feel underfoot without sacrificing too much agility on steep or technical lines.

Black Crows says about theCorvus 24/25
The Corvus is the original blackcrows ski, the founder, the black stallion. Born in the winter of 2007-2008, it is the essence of blackcrows skiability: everyday, every kind of snow, every terrain, the pleasure and curve playfulness. For 2025, here’s the fifth version of the mothership. And it’s an all-new shape: classic camber, straight lines, 2 progressive rockers, a dash of titanal, a touch of alpine, and here’s the new beast for big mountain skiing, made to enjoy big curves, go fast, and pivot in couloirs. This version marks the return of the black bird to the zenith of free skiing in big terrain.
