To all but a few of the public works vehicles on U.S. highways, the rear suspension is the most challenging part of the vehicle’s overall safety rating. The front suspension components need to be able to withstand the severe abuse this unit takes, yet function as a complete safety system. This W6524 seven-way wiring harness enables the front suspension to function as a complete safety system, even in the most extreme off-road situations and in the most severe weather conditions. The 7-way harness also allows the operator to make all critical rear suspension adjustments such as turning the rear suspension right or left, ensuring that the vehicle’s safety systems are functioning properly. The rear suspension components do not need to be removed or otherwise reinstalled, allowing the installer to make these minor field wire changes. No permanent modifications required. The W6524 harness does not provide for rear suspension components. Any such attempts at forward wiring should be done by a competent and qualified vehicle collision repair facility.
