The Ruger American Gen II is a bolt action centerfire rifle with a cold hammer-forged 20″ threaded barrel threaded in .400 Legend and fitted with a radial muzzle brake. The steel receiver houses a CNC-machined stainless steel 3-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw for scope clearance. The synthetic stock’s length-of-pull (LOP) is spacer-adjustable and incorporates a low comb for improved sight alignment when using optics. Other features include 3-position tang safety, Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger and Picatinny rail. The Cobalt Cerakote on the barrel and receiver provide a durable finish, while the Gray Splatter-finish on the stock provides excellent grip without being too sharp or abrasive. The American Gen II ships with one 5-round magazine and steel sling swivel studs.
