Easily Slice Thin, Uniform Jerky That Dry Evenly! With this Jerky Knife and Board Kit, you can cut evenly thin strips of meat for even cooking and marinating. Kit consists of 12″ x 12″ double sided plastic board- cut depths are 1/4in and 1/6in (6.4mm & 3.8mm) with ribbing and nubs to hold the meat in place. Allows you to consistently cut 1/4 in or 1/8 in slabs of meat and slice consistently equal width strips of jerky. Pressing plate with handle to keep hand safely away from cutting area and hold meat securely.
