The smaller version of our massive Jungle Parang, which is also named Jungle Boker by Bjarne Melch. It is typical for the Parang type of knives that the full-tang blade is twisted twice, while the butt remains perpendicular to the handle. Due to the special tempering process, it turns from steel to stainless steel without a single flaw. The blade is ice-hardened to 58 HRC. It is mainly used as a machete, but also as a cutting tool and for a variety of other purposes, for example as a machete on hunting or agricultural work. It is characterized by its very balanced weight-to-shape ratio. The slightly widened butt area is very practical for agricultural and forestry tasks, as it provides the knife with an excellent grip even when wet. The slightly protruding rear handle also offers the user the option to use the handle as a hammer. With a blade length of 27 cm, this blade is more versatile than most shorter machetes. The partially serrated blade edge provides additional functionality.
