Used to make decorative edges, this industrial quality shaper cutter doubles as a 1/8 inch and 3/8 inch quarter round and 1/4 inch beading cutter. Manufactured with 2mm thick C-2 carbide, 5,000-10,000 RPM for 3/4 inch bore cutters and 7,000-13,200 RPM for 1/2 inch cutters.
