When you need distance and precision, the Long Ranger from Henry delivers. This model is fitted with a round 20″ free-floated blued steel barrel chambered in .308 Winchester. It retains the traditional lever action operation with exposed hammer and forged steel lever, but updates it with a geared action that drives a machined and chromed steel bolt. The bolt’s 6-lug rotary head engages a rear extension of the barrel for a strong and consistent lock-up from shot to shot. The aluminum receiver is drilled, tapped and black hardcoat anodized. The ramp front sight with .062″ ivory bead is paired with a fully adjustable, folding rear sight. The American Walnut stock has a straight grip with cut checking on the grip and forearm. The Long Ranger ships with swivel studs and one 4-round magazine.
